Placing Orders

To ensure the highest standards of presentation, service, and quality, we kindly request that all food and beverage selections, including special requests, be finalized at least seven (7) full business days prior to your event. This also applies to any vegetarian or specialty options for specific attendees. Direct your catering inquiries and orders to camdenyardscatering@levyrestaurants.com for prompt assistance.

Amenities

With ample notice, Brick & Whistle Food Co. will make every effort to accommodate special requests, including DJ’s, Oriole Bird Appearances, Florals, Décor, Special Occasion Cakes & more. Please inquire with your representative.

Guarantee & Payment Procedure

Client must notify Brick & Whistle Food Co. of the guaranteed number of guests attending the event at least seven (7) full business days prior to the event. Final payment is also due seven (7) days prior to the Event. When placing your order, you will be required to provide a credit card for full payment.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation due to stadium closure, no charges will apply for food and beverage orders. However, if the stadium gates open for any period of time and the event is subsequently canceled due to time constraints, weather conditions, or other factors, the full cost of your food and beverage selection will be charged.

Alcohol Service

Bartenders will be provided if you choose to add alcoholic beverages to your event. To ensure compliance with the State of Maryland regulations, please adhere to the following guidelines: 

1. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or removed from Oriole Park at Camden Yards. 
2. The event host or their representative is responsible for monitoring and controlling alcohol consumption within the designated party area. 
3. By law, minors (under the age of 21) are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages. 
4. It is illegal to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person.

Exclusivity

Brick & Whistle Food Co. exclusively furnishes all food and beverage products for all Events at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Guests are prohibited from bringing personal food or beverage without proper authorization.
